  After last year's successful concert tour, the renowned Malta Philharmonic Orchestra is touring through Europe again. As a musical ambassador of its small home country, the orchestra stops at the legendary Golden Hall of the Vienna Musikverein, the Herkulessaal in Munich, Wiesbaden's luxurious Kurhaus and the monumental Dome Hall of the Hannover Congress Centrum.

  The guest star of the spectacular programme is the 29-year-old virtuoso Stella Chen. Her career experienced a huge take off, when she won the Concours Reine Elisabeth in the Belgian capital Brussels, in 2019.

  The American violinist has played with orchestras such as the Belgian National Orchestra, the Brussels Philharmonic and the Luxembourg Philharmona at festivals and in major venues in Europe, America, Bhutan, Israel, Jordan, Cuba or Colombia. Together with the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Sergey Smbatyan, she is the soloist in Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy's magnificent violin concerto and in the Violin Concerto by the contemporary composer Alexey Shor. In the concert programme, both works encounter the Aram Khachaturian's Excerpts from Spartacus Ballet Suite.

  Maxim Vengerov, who has been one of the world’s leading violinists for more than four decades, will consecrate a whole evening to the sublime music of one of the most important composers of all time.

  On April the 25th, Vengerov will present a Brahms Gala at the Royal Albert Hall, featuring some of the Romantic’s finest masterpieces. He will perform the Violin Concerto by Brahms whose Academic Festival Overture will be also part of the programme.

  On Vengerov’s special request, rising star Sandra Lied Haga, well known to the London audience since her spectacular Wigmore Hall debut at the age of 12, will make her debut on the Royal Albert Hall stage. After hearing the young Norwegian cellist for the first time, Vengerov was simply overwhelmed: “Sandra’s tone is exquisite, rich, and extremely beautiful. Her playing is intelligent and deep-felt. This young lady surely is the future of cello playing,” says Vengerov. As the special guest of the evening, Haga will join Vengerov for the Double Concerto for Violin and Cello.

  As the cherry on the cake, Vengerov will give his audience a musical surprise together with some of his most promising students from the Royal College of Music. Marios Papadopoulos will be the conductor of the splendid Oxford Philharmonic Orchestra which has had a lasting and prolific performance history with Vengerov.

  Cellist Sandra Lied Haga is an emerging artist with a bright future. Winner of four international competitions and numerous awards in Scandinavia, including the Equinor Classical Music Award, she possesses a uniquely beautiful cello tone thanks to her rare absolute pitch. Her passionate playing has captivated audiences worldwide, and she has performed at renowned venues such as Wigmore Hall, Salzburger Festspielhaus, and Moscow Conservatory.
  
  Haga's accolades include 1st prizes in Tallinn Young Musician, Padova International Music Competition, and International Chance Competition in Moscow. Sandra Lied Haga plays a cello by Joannes Florenus Guidantus (Bologna, 1730), kindly provided by Dextra Musica.

  VI международный фестиваль «Владимир Спиваков приглашает…» пройдет в Беларуси с 3 по 7 марта. Поклонников классики ждут незабываемые музыкальные встречи, выступления молодых талантов и необычные премьеры.

  Традиционно раз в два года идейный вдохновитель и создатель фестиваля маэстро Владимир Спиваков приглашает всех стать ближе к классическому искусству. Белорусская публика с нетерпением ждет каждого нового фестиваля, а эмоции от предыдущих концертов не утихают и остаются в памяти на долгое время. С 2010 года Владимир Спиваков неизменно радует своих поклонников блестящими оркестровыми концертами и выступлениями мировых звезд оперы и балета.

  VI фестиваль пройдет под эгидой юбилея. Юбилея личного для маэстро (12 сентября Владимир Спиваков отметил 75-летие) и творческого – 40 лет исполнилось оркестру «Виртуозы Москвы», прославленному коллективу, который создал и возглавляет Владимир Спиваков. Поэтому и атмосфера всего фестиваля будет необычайно торжественной и вдохновенной.

  «Каждый раз обдумывая программу фестиваля с маэстро, мы в первую очередь решаем, чем можем удивить зрителя. За эти годы в фестивале приняли участие десятки звезд мировой оперы и балета – Дмитрий Хворостовский, Анна Нетребко, солисты Мариинского театра, балет Бориса Эйфмана и многие другие, поэтому публика наша, можно сказать, уже искушенная.Программа шестого фестиваля откроет ряд новых имен и позволит в полной мере насладиться как инструментальной музыкой, так и театральным искусством. И конечно, на сцену обязательно выйдет блистательный оркестр «Виртуозы Москвы» во главе с маэстро Спиваковым за дирижерским пультом», - рассказал организатор и продюсер фестиваля Максим Берин.

  Открытие VI международного фестиваля «Владимир Спиваков приглашает» состоится 3 марта на сцене Большого театра Беларуси. В оперном гала-концерте примет участие государственный камерный оркестр «Виртуозы Москвы» и солистка Большого театра России Анна Аглатова.

  4 марта на сцене Белгосфилармонии пройдет необычный спектакль-концерт «Евгений Онегин». Читать великое произведение Пушкина будет известный российский актер Дмитрий Дюжев. Изюминку моноспектаклю добавит музыка Прокофьева в исполнении Государственного академического симфонического оркестра Беларуси под управлением маэстро Аркадия Берина.

  По традиции фестиваль принимают и регионы. 4 и 5 марта в Гомеле и Могилеве пройдут выступления оркестра «Виртуозы Москвы» с Владимиром Спиваковым.

  7 марта на сцене Большого театра Беларуси завершит фестиваль концерт камерного оркестра «Кремерата Балтика», созданного знаменитым Гедоном Кремером. В концерте также принимает участие приглашенный солист Люка Дебарг (фортепиано).

  Выдающийся скрипач и дирижер Владимир Спиваков ярко реализовал свой многогранный талант не только в музыкальном искусстве, но и во многих сферах общественной жизни. Благотворительный фонд Владимира Спивакова на протяжении уже более 20 лет оказывает помощь и поддержку детям, одаренным в музыке и изобразительном искусстве. Для молодых талантливых музыкантов, танцоров, художников организовываются мастер-классы, концерты, туры и выставки. Стипендиаты фонда принимают участие в международных и всероссийских конкурсах и фестивалях. Virtuoso violinist performed with the most prestigious symphony orchestras of the world. Spivakov debuted in a new role as a conductor with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra 40 years ago. He was admired by critics as one of the best maestros of the world.

  Spivakov founded the Moscow Virtuosi orchestra in 1979.   The Monte-Carlo Jazz Festival is preparing to receive a veritable piano star within the Opera de Monte-Carlo. A worthy successor to Emil Gilels and educated in the great schools of Russia, Denis Matsuev is a classical piano virtuoso. Yes, you read that right: classical piano. After winning a first prize at the International Tchaikovsky Competition at 23, the Colossus of Irkutsk won over the world with his athletic performances of Rachmaninoff and Shostakovich. With an imperial, naturally confounding presence, he gave 150 concerts per year in the most prestigious venues, under the direction of the greatest conductors. Denis Matsuev will be accompanied by Alexander Zinger on drums, Andrey Ivanov on double bass, Aidar Gaynullin on accordion and Sofia Turina on saxophone. When Matsuev is not playing piano, he manages seven festivals (including one in Annecy, France) and a foundation that supports and brings young musicians to the fore.
  
  Denis Matsuev is accustomed to encores, sometimes surprising his music-loving audiences with jazz improvisations to which only he holds the secret: “Jazz is my second passion”, he explains.   3 мая в Париже в Folies Bergere в 20.00 состоится миротворческий концерт «Unity Songs» Хора Турецкого и SOPRANO. Начало в 20:00 Вход свободный(по пригласительным на сайте https://biletkartina.tv/).

  Отметим, что идея расширить географию проекта и преобразовать его в исторический марафон возникла у Народного артиста России и руководителя прославленных коллективовМихаила Турецкого сразу после того, как 7 мая 2017 года в самом сердце Берлина тысячи зрителей, не скрывая своих слез, слушали песни военных лет, а также шедевры мировой классики в исполнении Хора Турецкого и SOPRANO. Тогда, на одной из старейших и красивейших площадей Германии звучала «Страна улыбок» Франца Легараи ария «Садко» из оперы «Варяжский гость», еврейское попурри и «Темная ночь», «Катюша» и «Синий платочек». Проект вызвал большой резонанс в СМИ (более 25 000 упоминаний), а также огромный интерес в обществе, собрав около 20 000 зрителей и более 8 млн просмотров онлайн-трансляции концерта в Интернете.

  «Это была потрясающая акция, и я очень счастлив, что мы нам удалось сделать из нее мощную, дружелюбную музыкальную историю, в которой прозвучали любимые песни нескольких поколений. Наш проект – это культурная дипломатия. Мы должны сохранить этот хрупкий мир через музыку», - отметил Маэстро Турецкий.

  В 2018 году проект модернизировался и вышел на новый уровень под лозунгом «Unity Songs».Подчеркнем, что в этом году проект стартует в Париже и будет реализован сразу в 8 странах!

  3 мая – в Париже, 4 мая – в Любляне, 5 мая – в Вене, 6 мая – в Берлине, 8 мая – в Минске, 9 мая – в Москве, 10 мая –в Израиле, 11 и 12 мая – в Нью-Йорке

  *Проект был создан в 2015 году и впервые состоялся в Москве на Поклонной горе, собрав 150 тысяч человек. Проект направлен на развитие культурных связей, а также укрепление дружбы между столицами мировых государств. Это акция мира, добра, дружбы народов, взаимопонимания и уважения.

  Проект представляет Правительство Москвы. Акция поддержана Министерством Иностранных Дел и Министерством культуры России. Партнеры проекта –Фонд «Общее дело»

  Masterpieces of all time

  All about this concert promises to be spectacular. During their reunion, on March the 31st, Maxim Vengerov and Evgeny Kissin will perform some of the best and most demanding masterpieces ever written for their instruments. Vengerov will play Johann Sebastian Bach's Chaconne in D minor, a sublime gem of the violin solo repertoire which merges the form and the spirituality into sounds of mysterious sensuality and depth. The piece for violin and piano “Lonely sail” by the Maltese-American composer Alexey Shor is going to be a melancholic counterpart to Bach's music, an expression of contemporary beauty and aesthetics reflected by the architectural audacity of the Dubai Opera.

  As one of the most important interpreters of Frédéric Chopin's music, Evgeny Kissin will render both the Polish composer's Impromptu in G-flat Major and his famous Polonaise in A-flat major. Juxtaposing the romantic Impromptu and the heroic Polonaise, he will shed light on two important facets of the composer's oeuvre. Concluding the spectacular programme, the two musicians will perform Johannes Brahms's magnificent Second Sonata, called a “Sonata of love and songs” by the composer's biographer Max Kalbeck. The music written on the shores of Lake Thin in Switzerland is indeed overflowing with melodies.

  Schmerzhaft schöne Melancholie

  Ludwig van Beethovens einziges abendfüllendes Ballett, „Die Geschöpfe des Prometheus“ trägt auch den Untertitel „Die Macht der Musik und des Tanzes“. Auch wenn Beethoven abgesehen davon kaum Tanzmusik schrieb, durchzieht das Tänzerische nichtsdestotrotz sein Werk, sodass sich Richard Wagner sogar dazu veranlasst sah, Beethovens Sinfonie Nr. 7 als „Apotheose des Tanzes“ zu bezeichnen. Die Ouvertüre aus dem Ballett, das Beethoven in Wien für den italienischen Choreografen Salvatore Viganò schrieb, ist ein dramaturgisches Meisterwerk, das man – anders als die gesamte Ballett-Partitur – oft als Einzelstück hört.

  Ein schlagendes Beispiel dafür, dass die Wirkung eines Musikstücks so groß sein kann, dass es sich gewissermaßen verselbstständigt und – ursprünglich nicht vorgesehene – Wege beschreitet, ist das Adagio aus Wolfgang Amadeus Mozarts Klarinettenkonzert A-Dur. Der Erfolg des Klarinettenkonzertes, das von Musikfreunden oft schlicht KV 622 genannt wird, liegt zu einem nicht unerheblichen Teil an diesem zweiten Satz. Die geradezu schmerzhaft schöne Melancholie der Musik wurde immer wieder für Film und Fernsehen genutzt – beispielsweise in Sydney Pollacks Leinwand-Epos „Jenseits von Afrika“. Die Solistin Sabine Meyer ist eine anerkannte Spezialistin für das Werk des Salzburger Komponisten. Mozarts Klarinettenkonzert liegt ihr erklärtermaßen besonders am Herzen – eine Musik, derer sie nie überdrüssig wird, auch wenn sie sie schon unzählige Male gespielt hat.

  Ein Klassiker der Opern-Literatur ist die Ouvertüre zu Giuseppe Verdis „Die Macht des Schicksals“ Sie gehört zu den dramatischsten und eindringlichsten Orchesterwerken des Komponisten und ist als solches auch jenseits der Opernhäuser ein beliebtes Konzertstück. Das gilt auch für das Zwischenspiel zum dritten Akt aus Giacomo Puccinis „Manon Lescaut“. Mit den Mitteln des Orchesters schafft es Puccini darin, die gesamte Tragik der Titelfigur und die Geschichte ihres Falls auszudrücken: pure Italianità! Italienisch inspirieren ließ sich auch William Shakespeare, um eine der archetypischsten Liebesgeschichten aller Zeiten zu erzählen. Sein Theaterstück „Romeo und Julia“ regte Peter I. Tchaikovsky zu einer sinfonischen Dichtung an, die in ihrer radikalen Emotionalität nicht nur ein klingendes Monument tragischer Liebe, sondern auch ein intimes Seelenportrait des Komponisten darstellt.

Seine Konzerte sind Gesamtkunstwerke aus Musik, Poesie, Licht – fein komponierte Gefüge aus Melancholie, Kargheit, Wort, Klang und Stille... 
  
  Kirill Richter begann seine Karriere 2016. 2017 gab er Dutzende Auftritte, von Soloklavierkonzerten bis hin zu Auftritten mit Orchestern. Zudem erhielt er Kompositionsaufträge für Filmmusik, Kurzfilme, Theater- und choreografische Produktionen.
  
  Er trat beim Reeperbahn Festival in Hamburg, bei der Classical:Next in Rotterdam und dem britischen The Great Escape Festival auf. In der Saison 2018/19 tritt er unter anderem in der Elbphilharmonie auf. Im Jahr 2018 beauftragte das amerikanische Fernsehunternehmen FOX Sports Kirill Richter, das offizielle Musikthema für die Übertragungen der FIFA 2018 Weltmeisterschaft zu komponieren. Diese Komposition “Where Angels Fears to Thread” wurde zur Hymne für das Fernsehpublikum in Nord- und Südamerika. Darüber hinaus komponierte Kirill Soundtracks für mehrere Filme. Am 25.04.2019 erschien das Debütalbum “Chronos”, für das er sich mehrere Jahre Zeit genommen hat.

  Der National Symphony Orchestra of Uzbekistan ist das wichtigste Orchester des Landes und hat seinen Sitz in der Hauptstadt Taschkent. Das Orchester wurde 1938 gegründet und hat im Laufe der Jahre eine beeindruckende Tradition aufgebaut.

  Derzeit wird das Orchester von Alibek Kabdurakhmanov geleitet. Unter seiner Leitung hat das Orchester eine breite Palette von Repertoire aufgeführt, darunter klassische Werke, zeitgenössische Musik und traditionelle usbekische Musik.

  Das Orchester besteht aus erfahrenen Musikern und hat zahlreiche Auszeichnungen und Preise für seine hervorragende Leistung erhalten.

  Alibek Kabdurakhmanov ist einer der herausragendsten Dirigenten Usbekistans. Nach einem Bachelor- und Masterstudium im Fach Perkussion am Staatlichen Konservatorium Usbekistans absolvierte er dort 2019 ein weiteres Masterstudium im Fach Dirigieren.

  Alibek Kabdurakhmanov nahm an den 45. Internationalen Sommerkursen für zeitgenössische akademische Musik in Darmstadt teil, wurde 2009 mit dem Prince Claus Foundation Annual Award in Amsterdam ausgezeichnet und unternahm im selben Jahr eine China-Tournee. Kabdurakhmanov tritt bei bedeutenden Festivals wie dem Internationalen Festival für zeitgenössische Musik „Turbulence“ in Deutschland, dem „Musical Summer Evenings“ (Ukraine) und dem dem International Festival „Euro-Orchestra“ (Frankreich) auf.

  Als Dirigent wurde er unter anderem in Usbekistan mit dem Tasanno-Preis im Bereich Kultur, in Kasachstan mit dem Grand Prix beim Shabyt Internationalen Wettbewerb und in Deutschlang mit dem Sonderpreis beim Internationalen Wettbewerb „EMCY Art for Music Prize“ ausgezeichnet.

  Kabdurakhmanov leitete bereits Orchester wie das National Symphony Orchestra of Uzbekistan, das State Academic Symphony Orchestra Almaty (Kasachstan), das Musiktheater-Orchester-Studio am Staatlichen Konservatorium Usbekistans, das Ensemble für zeitgenössische Musik „Omnibus“, das Kurmangazy-Orchester (Kasachstan) und das Jugendsinfonieorchester Usbekistans. Seit 2018 ist er Chefdirigent des Nationalen Sinfonieorchesters Usbekistans.
