It has been twenty-five years since the Gipsy Kings captured the world’s imagination with their self-titled debut album—a record that became a genuine phenomenon, certified gold and platinum around the globe, introducing millions of listeners to a unique, irresistible blend of traditional flamenco styles with Western pop and Latin rhythms. Since then, the band has toured virtually non-stop, to the farthest-flung corners of the planet, and sold almost twenty million albums, all the while retaining the same line-up of virtuoso musicians.
Guests of the festival will be able to enjoy the oriental lure of the melodies by the brightest star of the Arab world Guy Manoukian.
Lebanese - Armenian musician, composer and pianist, Guy Manoukian has been a key musical player both locally and internationally for the past 15 years. Not only has he worked with the biggest names in the US, but his fusion of oriental melodies with modern arrangements has taken him all over the world, selling out concerts in London, Singapore, Cairo, Dubai, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, Los Angeles, Yerevan the Sydney Opera House, The Beiteddine and Byblos International festivals and many more.
This evening the atmosphere of the festival will be filled tenderness and love of Italian songs by illustrious Gucci-man Alessandro Ristori and his musicians.
A lifetime on stage, Alessandro first decided to become a singer and show man during his teenage years. His main inspirations are Italian music from the 60s and the 70s, american Legends from the 50s and British pop Rock.From the most prestigious brand such as Gucci, Cartier, Armani, Etro, Pomellato, to the Royal Family of Monte-Carlo, have longing for a performance from the Italian entertainer.
